Big Swami has said that it is virtually impossible to comprehend what is on

Amma's mind. Swwamiji once joked that this does not stop us from

speculating.Speaking experientially Amma "seemed" genuinely interested in the

contents of the third-time prayer list when I brought it for Darshan.Perhaps

this was due to the existance of new names on the list.We the non-divine cannot

fathom Her sphere. Amma is a meteoric Star, ever fresh, ever-free, ever-new.

Amma says when true love exists boredom is impossible. To para-quote Sally

Fields SHE REALLY REALLY LOVES US. As far as we know She may be pleased that we

pray to Her. How many dismiss Her as a "hugging Saint" A vedantic theory would

hold that every name on the list is Her own Self. How can She be bored about

the suffering of Her own aspect(s?Namah Shivaya,GeorgeSonP.S. The list is

actually a formality. We doubt that She is always as far as the tip of our

nose. Even closer.
