Guest guest
Grape ape. Grape ape. Grape ape. Great kripa. Great kripa. Great kripa. Guru leela. Guru leela. Guru leela. Garlands. Garlands. Garlands. Gardens of Amma's children, blooming, flowering, opening, offering... "Patience," says Mother, "is the foundation of all spiritual growth." She showered multiple pearls on us over the Retreat weekend, and indeed during the whole SR visit. First time back in San Ramon since my 33rd birthday, and this 37th celebration was full indeed. The double-blessing of having my husband there -- in fact I was too overcome to speak and it was he who told Amma it was a special day for us -- did indeed make it more like a dual anniversary than just "my" ahamkaric calendar date of the chronologically obsessed world. Mother wore a lovely royal purple dress, with deep patterns of gold embroidery. I think there were at least 2 or 3 ceremonies with feedings and Saraswati teachings, and FOUR weddings. I only pretty much saw the first two -- a bride in peach/groom in cream, and a bride in brick/white and the groom in matching maroon/brick. Their ceremony started out with a BANG of Swamijji singing "jai jai Kali Ma" and once again the balcony dancers went wild. God is great. xo prashanti
