Hi all my Brothers and Sisters

 

Thanks to all who have given us Amma stories from the tour - I am crying reading

them all. Thanks so much. I will see Amma in Chicago and Toronto and looking

forward so much to that. To my Iowa Satsang friends, please know that I wish to

be there but cannot come this year. Some rascal put a story of mine in the Iowa

program book! Bless that rascal.

 

I don't know if I related the story of Deepti - she was so afraid of something

and wanted a name from Amma. I told her my story of getting a name, so she

eventually decided to get a name too. Megs Deepti if you read this please email

me oomenka, anyway, I could not find her for a couple of days. I was

wondering wondering did Megs get her name? Then I was in the very crowded lobby

and had a bottle of water and dropped the top to the bottle on the floor and it

began rolling away from me quite fast. I ran and bent down to pick it up from

the feet of Deepti. Where the cap ran was to her feet. We hugged and I found

out her new name.

 

I am also wondering how to find all my friends again. Last year I tried a

note book but it didn't work well because I was distracted by all kinds of

things, so I am thinking this year we should all wear a pin or something. Any

ideas what we could wear to identify ourselves to each other? Something simple

but identifiable? Maybe an armband?

 

Also, please know that you all are special to me and sharing this way helps me

soooo much. It is always shocking when I meet you at programs and I remember

what I have shared with you all and then my monkey mind says "Oh I wonder what

they think of me, what should I say" I laugh at myself for being somehow shy in

person. Trust is a big issue with me and sharing by writing is much easier than

trying to talk to most people, so know that I am so grateful and blessed to have

you all to share with. I read all these postings and they are so helpful.
