I thought you might appreciate today's quote: "Those who have work all day long and have no time to do any stipulated form of Sadhana, can take to the simplest method of remembering God, viz., the ceaseless repetition of His holy name. When we are working with our hands, we can go on chanting His name with the tongue and, depend upon it, he who does this will have perfect peace and bliss in his heart.
