Oh Amma, who art my own Self,

The centre of Light in my being,

Divine spark, inherent in all!

Manifest Yourself in my mind

as Light and Consciousness;

Reveal Yourself in my heart

as Love and Unity;

Express Yourself in my body

as disciplined and righteous activity;

Utilize my whole personality as a channel

and an instrument for Your service;

And fire my intuition

with the understanding of Your intention

and the will to act upon it.

Awaken my consciousness!

Enable me to finally recognize my Self,

and affirm that

"I am You!"
