Guest guest
Om Amriteswaryai Namaha, My experience of putting together 108 names of Amma, was that my mind and heart was focused on Amma's teachings as I remember them from Amma's books, videos, bhajans and talks. So, this is one good way of focusing on guru's teachings and expressing them in short phrases that stick in the mind and heart. If anyone is so inclined, I heartily recommend this spiritual exercise. Om Namah Sivaya, amarnath ps~ I still chant the sanskrit names everyday ~ Ammachi, "Aikya Param" <aikya> wrote: > > Thanks, Amarnath > > I'm sure we could all make up our own set of "names."
