Dear Supriti,

thank you for you inspiring post. It is very much appreciated.

 

I have 2 suggestions:

1. Have you ever thought about putting together some of your posts

( with you healing journey), and sending them to Oprah Winfrey, and

suggesting to Oprah that you and Amma appear together on the Oprah

show, when Amma is in the Chicago area ?

 

It would be an inspiring show, and maybe be a way to help a lot of

people. Maybe some other Amma devotees could even be in the audience,

even from different areas of the U.S. and different countries.

 

 

2. Have you ever thought about writing a book about your life's

journey , and how Amma has healed your heart ? Amma would know

if this would be good to do, but you could ask Her.

 

You have a unique background, and to my knowledge, nobody with your

background and history has written a book about their life, and

journey, and healing through Amma. Maybe your book would reach out to

an audience that is not yet aware of Amma's life, work and mission.

 

A lot of people are stuck here:

"I surrender it gladly now as where in the past I would have happily

hung onto the pain and wallowed in the POORME's for awhile and gotten

sympathy...."

 

and need to get here:

" Point is I have a Mom and I am learning to be a Mom by following

Amma's example."

 

Maybe you could help others by offering your own story as an example.

Sometimes I am at a loss over how to help people move out of

the " POORME " attitude, and blaming everything on that Amma and/or

God has not helped them; and failing to see all of God's gifts that

surround them.

 

Any advice in this area would be appreciated.

If you would write a book I would buy it and give it to my friends,

especailly one who is very depressed right now.
