Chanting, singing and repeating the mantra are invitations, asking God to reveal Himself." Ammachi "Awaken Children" A brief note: I pray for the willingness to "invoke Him." When we leave God outside the door un-invited it seems he is not very pushy. She/He waits for us even through several lifetimes. So perhaps I need to pray for the willingness to chant to Her/Him.
