Dear Omenka ~ Queen Bees aside for the moment, I wanted to thank you for posting information about your experience with the Michigan satsang. We are trying to get a satsang going here in Silver City (NM) (only 6 of us) and everything that people have written about their own experiences with all aspects of satsang have been very helpful to me. Sometimes Queen Bees rise in the absence of people really wanting to help out, so one of two people end up doing all the work. This is quite common in volunteer groups of all kinds, in my experience. So you comments about delegation are very much appreciated. I think our group will be surprised when I tell them, well, yes, I was the instigator of all of this, but I am ill, and while I can help in various ways, I'm not sure I can be the group's coordinator. Right now we are considering ideas such as rotating the coordinator position. But since we are very small and only beginning it will be an evolutionary process, for the group and for us. Just the other day, I received a "goody box" from the Santa Fe Ashram with videos for our group to watch (on loan), fliers about Amma, catalogs for Amma's store, etc. I was so excited. Now we just have to set the date for our first meeting. Again, many thanks. Jai Ma ~ Linda
