Guest guest
Dear Sweta, Thanks for this. It is a very wise attitude that I need to remember in the traffic jams of life that I find myself in. "You know how hard it can be at Amma's programs when so much of so many peoples' stuff just bubbles up? It's seems akin to being in a massive traffic jam with all sorts of personalities, & often during Devi Bhava after we've been up all night long! At the shelter, I needed to be alert & expected people to react from their past. Realizing the residents behavior spoke volumes about them, & usually very little, if anything at all about me, helped for not taking much personally. Using my mantra, staying in the moment & focusing on my breath, were invaluable tools for dealing with common situations there. I think the Universe was teaching me how it would be best to approach all of life. With this kind of detached attitude, bee stings won't get stay under our skin so easily!
