To Sweta on satsang structure

Dear Sweta ~ I think you make some very good points here as well as in the

rest of your post. I belonged to an artists' group when I lived in Maryland and

was in on the formative stages of the group. One thing we were very careful

about was establishing a structure, which, as you say would be inclusive,

supportive and meet the needs of the members. We did this by creating By-Laws,

which are still being used 10 years later. So I believe it can be done, and I

will do what I can (without being too Queen Beeish) to suggest the group

focus on a structure as one of the first things we do. Thank you for all your

suggestions.
