My body has a number of chronic illnesses, and sometimes I get mad at it, and sometimes my heart is broken because of it (the main reason is that the Fibromyalgia has affected my voice to the point where I can no longer sing well or perform). The message to honor the body, no matter what shape it is in really hit home with me. I think I am doing this, but then I find myself being unkind to my body, pushing it too hard (which recently ended me up in the emergency room ~ I am fine), and saying mean things to it. So I am printing out what you posted to keep as a reminder to honor my body and treat it kindly, no matter what. Blessings ~ Linda
