Dear All ~ it is beginning to make me tired to feel as if I need to respond to some of these things, but there you have it. Amma does not claim supernatural powers for Herself, even though many devotees have experienced them and written about them. Some have experienced Amma knowing things about them that She could not be expected to know. Some have experienced seeing Her in their presence, in a physical way, when, in fact, She was far away. Amma does not claim these, and calls herself a "crazy girl," but this is to direct people to what is really important, love and devotion. If you have not experienced these things (miracles) directly, then, of course, you cannot be expected to believe them out of hand. Just as we are asked to bring our salt shaker ("take a grain of salt") to this discussion; you have already brought yours, so perhaps we can make something tasty out of it all.
