Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Chennai has opened a relief centre for Tsunami victims at the following address:- Mata Amritanandamayi Math's disaster relief Camp, No.56, East Coast Road, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041. Ph: +91 44 5517 5186. The Math plans to build free houses under the Amrita Kuteeram project. The Math is also organising a Sarvaiswarya Homam at 3PM on Saturday, 01-01-2005. Swami Ramakrishananda Puri will lead. Devotees of the Math are already distributing food and clothes to the affected people.
