According to reports reaching here in Bangalore, a part of AMRITAPURI

Ashram has been flooded by the tidal waves. A part of the Ashram is

reportedly under two feet of water.

There are no reports of any damage.

AMMA who is present at the Ashram has apparently instructed those

present to move to the eastern side of the Ashram.

Dear crvijayan ~ I am very sad to hear about the ashram and very glad to

know that Amma is okay. I have been very worried because I did not know where

Kerala was in relationship to the areas affected. The death toll continues to

rise ~ I am going to put this on the prayer list for this Sunday and

indefinitely.

Is there any way to find out if Amma is organizing any kind of relief effort

that we can donate to? I want to help those who are suffering, but don't

know where I would send money. I don't have much, but I want to do something in

addition to praying. If anyone knows about this or how I can find out, please

let me know. Praise Amma, Jai Ma ~ Linda
