The ego is hell-bent on leaping higher, but whatdoes the ego know?Of course

the word limbo also means being in a state of uncertainty, which is where

faith is born. One needs no faith in the sun when it isout; only in the

darkness

do we need faith in the light

Dear jyotsna ~ this gave me joy, made me cry, and, of course made me think

of all the times the limbo broom has caused me to have to go lower ~ when I was

sick for two years with myofacial pain so bad that I almost could not

function, several times when I was hit by drunk drivers and wondered if this

was

the end, when I became ill and had to quit my job, when I realized I was

getting worse and would not be able to work again, when I had to move into a

trailer to afford a place to live (and I was grumbling to myself about this one

just yesterday), when I developed a series of chronic illnesses that affect my

life every day. Yes, the limbo broom is active in my life too. This writing

that you posted is profound, true, and I believe needed by others.

Is Vicki a writer? I know it is too early to suggest such a thing, but tuck

this thought into your heart ... that more people than just our group need to

rread this story. I know a magazine called "Light of Consciousness" that

would be perfect. If you ever believe Vicki is ready to consider sharing this

more widely, please tell her about this, and if she is willing, contact me, and

I will send you the information about getting in touch with the magazine, or

I will be the go-between myself. From a very greatful limbo dancer ~ Linda
