The Sante Fe satsang is one wild trip; you will not get a better bunch of motivated folks to hang out with. (I am also glad you mentioned that you have yearned to be with a satsang for years). it may be a 1-hour trip from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, but to my mind, it's worth it once a week! now, sitting in almost deserted greenville, SC, I am almost envious!
