Guest guest
Namah Shivaya, This evening the manager at a local fast food restaurant told me that he, his wife & their 6 children are camping. They can stay at one campground for 2 weeks, then need to move on. Then they'll sleep at a motel for a night & after that they're in their van. He said that's when it gets really hard & he's ready to soon put an end to the whole thing. He sounded suicidal & I hate to think of his homeless wife & 6 children being left alone. I offered him resource #s from my workplace (includes mental health resources) & asked if he would like to be on a prayer list. He was affirmative & appreciative about both. His name is Terry. Please add Terry & his family to next week's list & say a little prayer for his family in the mean time. It's getting cold at night in Santa Cruz & could be miserable to camp here when it rains. I think it really stinks that the soon to be complete family shelter in Santa Cruz, will not allow him & his oldest son to stay at the shelter with his wife & kids. I feel the most important thing is that they're together. Aum Amriteshwaryai Namah Mail - 250MB free storage. Do more. Manage less.
Guest guest
Sweta-ji: It is really sad that families esp. with such a large no. of children are subjected to such hardships. I will definitely add Terry to my prayer list. Please also keep us posted on how Terry is doing, as I would like to get some feedback, to see if our prayers are really making any difference. -yogaman ps. hope your backpain and other problems have considerably lessened, if not totally gone Ammachi, wrote: > Namah Shivaya, > > This evening the manager at a local fast food restaurant told me
Guest guest
Dear Yogaman, My back pain is much less & was miraculously lessened (no exageration) the day I initially requested prayers. Now by grace, I'm in physical theraphy, so some of the work is up to me. Also, a woman's major mood disorder improved very significantly, after she was prayed for one time at the MA Center. I will keep you posted about Terry & his family. I appreciate your compassion & concern.
