Guest guest
Aikya, Not sure what you meant by the below ("chanting the mantra is usually done wrong" which leads to the conclusion that "Lord Shiva is laid back!"). It sounded interesting, so if you dont mind, please do elaborate. All: For those who have not heard this mantra being chanted here is a link that has a beautiful rendering of the mantra. http://musicindiaonline.com/l/7/m/singer.215/ If the group ever decides to chant the mantra on a particular date and time, here is the written mantra that may help you listen to the chant too (hopefully correctly, last time I wrote I messed it up!) Om Tri-yam-bakam yajaa-mahe Su-gan-dhim pusti-var-dha-nam Urvaa ruka-miva bandha-naan Mrtyor muk-sheeya maam-ra-taat (words have been split out as the chant is done; for e.g. Mrtyormuksheeya is one word, but the way its written above makes it easy to read) Jai Ma! Guest guest
Oops. one more point. If the group decides to start the prayer project, please do inform Amma and take her approval. Her approval will automatically trigger tremendous blessings for the project.
