Guest guest
Om namaha shivaia OM Another small report from Europe….. On the 9th this month, I had the Grace to travel to Toulon, France. The first day was not crowdy, about 2,000 darshan tokens each darshan (the night ended at 2 o’clock), but the Devi Bhava night was...... 7,000 tokens and ended on the 12th at a quarter to 12 a.m. with three baptisms. It happened I was one of the last and could see how it works with that ceremony.... last week I wrote I never attended it from a close distance. I remained on the stage to look carefully. The first and the third were baby, the second a child, maybe 2-3 years old. The father gave the child to Amma, Who made three times a sign (I think OM) on the head of the child – with water - then She did three times another sign (it seemed to me crosses), She then She threw petals on the head of the child. Still keeping him/her She gave darshan to the father and then to father and mother together. She did not feed the child. The parents brought fruits, a garland of flowers and a monetary offer to Amma. I’m sorry but I forgot to ask for details at the information desk. These last three days happened so quickly and it seems to me now that I never left Italy to go to see Amma in France. I did not like a lot the first two days, Amma worked a lot on me and many sad and angry remembrances came out of me and I was not in the mood to enjoy the program. But the third day I had the lucky to do a long seva and this made all sadness disappear. The atmosphear was very different from Italy, at the beginning it was very cold, but later, during the Devi Bhava night they played wondeful bhajans in different languages and there were many people dancing........ The power of joy breaking the hearts.... everyone laughing... I cried a little because of the many emotions..... I was happy to meet many friends of mine who had come to see Amma; I think there were about 40 people from Italy. I also noticed people from Spain, Holland, England.... Once the Devi Bhava finished, Amma went, staff people remained to dismountle the equipments. We left and I drove continuously 8 hours to reach home, I could sleep only half an hour tonight and ate very little in these last three days (today only some chocolate). I had no difficulty in driving home. Usually, after two hours drive I’m KO, but after a Devi Bhava I have no problem in driving a lot with no sleep or food..... Amma drives my car........ Missing Her so much..... In Her love Prasida
