Guest guest
namah shivaya... This is a big thing to ask, I realize, but I thought I might as well try. Should my boyfriend and I attend this Michigan retreat, we will be emptying our humble college-student bank accounts and I am trying to reduce the costs in any way possible. So my request is this: can anyone drive us from the Detroit airport to what will mostly likely be the Hampton Inn on the 24th? And this is simply pushing it too far, but Amma is one for granting fantastic undeserved boons, SO: could that same person or even somebody else drive us back to the airport on the morning of the 29th? (after Devi Bhava ends) I will bake this angel driver a fantastic batch of cookies and bring it on the plane with me should this work out. There's my request and there's my bribe. peacelovempathy, vandya
Guest guest
Vandya, I will gladly pick you up/drop you off. I'm renting a car (even though I am a local), so I should get the most use out of it. Email me privately with your flight details, and we can talk. With love, Erica P.S. No cookies for me, as I am diabetic. Donate them to the snack shop instead? Guest guest
At least for the NYC programs, for health-code reasons, no goods baked in private homes were allowed to be sold at the snack shop (commercial kitchens only). I'm not sure, but this could be the same situation in Michigan. Though I'm sure you won't have a hard time giving away cookies! =) Namah Shivaya, Iswari Ammachi, "Erica" <sugarandbrine> wrote: > > Vandya, > > I will gladly pick you up/drop you off.
