Still needing a little help to get to Amma...

Dear brothers and sisters in Amma,

 

Thanks to your help, and Mother's grace, we have raised enough money for my

husband

and I to register for the Michigan retreat! However, we're having more trouble

than I

thought in coming up with the airfare to get there, and the prices continue to

rise. It

seems to be coming down to a choice between plane tickets, and having enough

money to

live off of for the second half of November. Although I hate to ask again, if

anyone would

be moved to offer any amount toward these travel costs so we can both go, we'd

be most

grateful (and I promise that this is the last time I'll post about this here,

but I had to ask,

since we and others have already put so much into trying to help this trip to

happen.)

intend to do there, it occurred to me to offer some time during the retreat

will be in Michigan and are in need of some peaceful, healing energy, please

email me. On

the one hand, I feel silly offering, because who needs reiki in Amma's

presence...but on

the other hand, I know from my personal experience that Her grace comes to us in

many

ways and forms. So, I am putting this out there, just in case it may be helpful

to anyone.

I haven't been posting much lately, because I've had so much going on, but...

ongoing medical issues, as well as a devastating loss we suffered last year. We

because of everything that transpired, and how much it's taken for me to heal

from that).

 

This is deeply important to me. My connection with Amma has been the only thing

that's

given me real solace during the intense difficulties we've been through over the

past year

or two. At present, I'm just feeling so overwhelmed and fried from almost

perpetually

being under so much stress. I know that going to the retreat and having that

time with

Mother would help me immensely...but, given how tight things are for us this

year, I don't

see how we can afford it on our own right now.

 

So, although I hate asking, I would be most grateful for any degree of help that

you

might feel moved to provide toward covering the cost of the retreat fee/s and/or

airfare
