Aloha, group.

 

 

I had an amazing experience last night and I wish to share it with someone.

This group seemed the perfect place.

My four year old daughter came down with a flu on Friday, which is a drag,

as there were many halloween festivites which are being missed.

It was also a drag all night long when she would wake up periodically to

vomit. I was sleeping in the same bed as her, in order to aid her.

Anyhow, one of these times, perhaps it was the 3:15am one, when I was

abrubtly awoken from my sleep, I had a clear awareness of the dream I was

having, which was incredible: Amma was performing pujas over me and my

daughter. The holy Mother herself was doing it!

If I hadn't been awoken at that moment, I doubt I would have remembered the

dream, as I rarely do.

So you see, within the misfortune of my daughter's illness was a gift. And

WHAT a gift. Who knows, perhaps Mother was indeed sending us her blessings.

I know that she claimed my daughter as one of hers while she was still

in-utero, and I recieved two darshan hugs -- one for me, one for baby.
