Grace and Healing --vibhuti question

Namah Shivaya Rosetta,

 

I'm not an expert. But, at the nursing home I've used a paste made by adding a

drop of water to a bit of ash, then applyed it to the spiritual eye area with my

right hand's ring finger. The right hand & ring finger are said to have a

better vibration for doing this. Amma has spread vibhuthi over areas of

peoples' & animals' bodies. Plus, it's supposed to be healthy to eat it. Peggy

applied Amma's blessed water to the inside of her wrist(s). It's important not

to waste the vibhuthi, so you might use any excess on a tree or an animal.

Maybe someone will add more information to this.

How do you use the vibhuti? Do you apply it to whatever part of the

body is hurting, or use it in another way?
