I feel this is affecting me alot since I have major mars in my chart, not to mention mercury retrograde. Having so much mars energy is hard to not beat myself up about...especially when its hard to hold down a job or friendship or home or amma chat group due to surprising levels of combustability. I do try to channel it into my massage practice but i need to learn how be gentle as a lamb. Like how Amma says Martin Luther King was courageous like a lion but his heart was as tender? as a flower.
