Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Robin, You seem to have a good idea on analyzing dreams... so can you analyze this short dream that I had about 2 days ago? Apparently, I was with Amma and receiving my darshan.... I can't remember what we talked, but then She came to hug me, but just bit off my face instead of hugging me! And then pushed herself back to look at me. I do not remember seeing blood on my face. In the dream, I could see myself having a huge red spot on my face, and that others were aghast, but I only looked at Amma with a question on my face "Amma, what is all this about?". Then She smiled, and rubbed her hand on my face, and the spot and the injury were gone; my face was restored. I do not remember anything before or after this... but this part is vividly imprinted in my "mind's eye". ?? Jai Ma!

Manoj, just two days ago you were telling of how Amma shouted at you for your Malayalam in front of others (I think you mentioned 50 people) and now this dream, eh! makes sense. -yogaman
Guest guest
Namaste, I can try to interpret your dream, but you know best what is going on in your life and heart. By learning to interpret your own dreams you have to find your "symbols" Some symbols are universal, like water, emotions, death, old is dying, road, direction in life, etc. Some are personal, such as a dog and spider to ME, represent fear, to you they could mean aggressiveness, mans best friend, and creation. These are just examples. The best way to see a dream clearly is to write down EACH object in your dream and what they mean beside them, then piece them together. For me to interpret anyones dream it helps a lot to know how you "felt" in the dream. Were you happy at this point scare at that point, etc. Feelings mean A LOT in a dream. I believe dreams are messages from our higher selves. A source of guidance, inspiration, prophecy, prediction and problem solving. So I will, attempt, to interpret... I really felt Erica was meant to hear her message from Amma it really spoke to me and it was really easy to interpret. When interpreting your own dream, think of what is going on in your waking life so you can identify the lesson or problem etc. Bite - Sink your teeth into the problem or lesson Spot - Blemish, irritant, attitude that mars your thinking and behavior Red - life force, energy, passion, anger, uncontrolled emotions. Lowest vibration in visual color spectrum. May mean you need energy. Face - An unknown face may represent unknown part of self. Face up to the situation; do not hide. (Erica had this as well, I think we all do) Hand - A hand extended to you means help is available. Look within, reach to others and to Amma. Quest (Question) - Searching for self in all the wrong places, look within. Rub - Healing, balancing, physical, mental, emotional integration. You say "aghast" this is a feeling I was unsure of (aghast could mean, surprise, frightened, startled) but as I am praying to Amma. Alarm and puzzlement come to mind. Alarm - Caution or warning, you are veering off your path, approaching a questionable situation or relationship. Puzzle - Not seeing the whole picture, Thinking of life as a puzzle? Lack of Clarity. She bit your face off - She is sinking her teeth into the problem or lesson. (Or perhaps it is you who needs to sink your teeth in to the problem orlesson. Or maybe it is both you and Amma sinking your teeth in.) You have a huge red spot on your face - face up to the situation; do not hide (this would pertain to you I assume since it is your face)Spot - are you having an attitude that mars your thinking or behavior or path? Red- Are you needing to "energize" are you having problems with anger or uncontrolled emotions? What is Mother telling you here? Think. LOOK WITHIN. Others were aghast - Are you veering off your path? Approaching a questionable situation in your spiritual path. Be aware and take responsibility for what needs to be changed. Puzzled - Your not seeing the whole picture, only pieces of the puzzle. Center and focus. Concentrate on the problem and the answer will be there. You look at Amma with a question - and the question IS "What is this all about?" That depends... what is your question in waking life. What question is puzzling you, what is hindering you in your path that you feel you are questioning and can not move forward? (The question is what the dream is all about.)Concentrate on the problem and the answer will be there. Focus. LOOK WITHIN. She then smiles (Oh that beautiful beaming smile!!) And rubs her hand on your face - She is telling you to "face up to the situation" She is there extending out her hand to help - you just need to reach out and grasp it. LOOK WITHIN. The spot and injury are gone. She will help you and carry away all your burdens if you let her help you. LOOK WITHIN. You were restored. LOOK WITHIN. hmmm... can you see any words jumping out here...? (wink) Hope this helps you in any way or at least to give you an idea. What is it with all you guys dreaming about Amma!!??? I have YET to have been blessed with an Amma dream :-( Oh well...no matter... she is here with me.. (sigh) ... (mumble grumble mumble grumble...shuffles feet..) I have had dreams of the moon that are anything BUT the moon. The moon represents the Goddess to me in a big way. (I hold the Native American path dear to me) In that way I have felt very blessed. I have had many. And I still have often pondered if the "Native American preacher woman" in my first awaking "vision" was Amma...I came to the conclusion that it was my higher self, which would be one in the same. But I still ponder if it was ACTUALLY Amma herself...it was so long ago...hmmm... At Amma's Holy, Holy Feet, Robin Win 1 of 4,000 free domain names from Enter now.
