Conversation with Amma

Here's one conversation with Amma:

 

Me: (Proudly) Amma I went to Vallickavu and saw the ashram. You know,

I even saw your home there.

 

[Was waiting for a pat on the back for the 'great feat' I had

performed - traveling across the globe and visiting the ashram.]

 

Amma: (Very disappointed) Son, this only shows that you still dont

know Amma's real home.

 

Me: (Confused & taken aback) Amma do you mean the whole world is your

home?

 

Amma: Po Da (get lost)

 

By this time, I dint know what to say. This was a conversation from

the 'side' not regular darshan. So, stood there and enjoyed Amma's

beauty and love as she continued giving darshan.

 

Amma finally turned my way and simply pointed to Her heart with a

smile. To me the message was clear - 'Amma lives in your heart, look

for Her there'.
