Did all the possible tests in india , including the advanced blood profile test , scanning & endoscopy ... AYYYOOOOOOOO !!!!!! endoscopy was terrible . taking a pipe to inside through mouth .. that too during the examination time, when I heard them discuss "should we take biopsy sample too ? " I had a mini nirvana there !!! I guess mine is a kind of spiritual disease .. lol .. will have to double check with amma , I am going there during ONAM ( end of this month ) .. Always a kind of heating sensation , pain is in between tummy and chest.. ngiaaaaa.. ngiaa ..... anyway now 75% recovered. in your case it can be many of the following .. #) can be the monthly `period` problem .. lol .. I am not the right person to advise about that . have seen my mom & sis keeping a kind of rubbor bags with hot water on tummy. #) you are a married gal .. so it can be even ... hhaaaaaaaaaaaa ..... I did n't mean anything ... ayyooo !!!!!..... ammaaaa, she has taken half of my ear lobe by pinching uuphhhh!!! .......ngiahhhh .. ngiaaaa... #) kind of physical disease - do consult any ayurvedic / homeopathic practisioner ( if interseted in traditional way ) . ensure proper raw vegetarian diet & lot of water .. massaging my tummy with lots of oil have helped me . for me the ayurveda doctor prescribed was sleep more & laxatives to clear the tummy. do learn uggai breath from any yoga group , heyy brianna is a yoga teacher , do ask her . take deeper ujjai breath to the tummy while you inhale.. #) Kind of spiritual problem - have you heard about the relationship between "solar" plexus chakra / tummy chakra and "sun" .. yup.. there is .. in the early morning after having bath I used to sing gayatri while having sunshine . the song ( not serious chant ) by anuradha poduval is lovely .. this too has helped a bit .. hmmm .... keep us updated .. ok ?.. with lots of luv Chinna thampi ps : akka in tamil means elder sister , thampi means brother ..
