Guest guest Posted August 9, 2004 Report Share Posted August 9, 2004 Have read ( from my experience tooo ) 3 places which needs self oil massage daily. 1) head ( centre of the head from top & back ) 2) tummy ( helps a lot in digestion too ) with chest 3) bottom of the feet (take care a lot while taking bath , high possibility for slipping) with palm I use normal coconut oil. I have asked some of my old grant moms whose skin was shining , the answer was daily pampering by oil.
