Amma says, "Spirituality is the ability to face any obstacle with a smile." Shortly after meeting our sweet all-seeing Mother, i asked Her the question that had been plaguing my monkey-mind for years... "What talents or skills should i focus on developing?" I think Amma laughed when She said, "Dont worry, Amma will help you discover your talents, you jsut focus on patience." My other question was a bold one, "Amma can you make a sankalpa to help me pay off my debts and to always be with You. She said Yes! But She didnt say When so Im focusing on Patience.-STILL! A friends t-shirt idea inspired at the last San Ramon retreat... God, Please Grant Me Patience - NOW! May all beings find patience as accessible as our breath.
