Guest guest
Erica - guilt is a total WASTE OF TIME - boil in the pot and stay in the present. Robin - have you ever heard of the movie EGO GONE WILD - it is kind of like girls gone wild. In this movie, this person thinks they are so important and so needed on their job that if anything changes at that job the world will end. They really believe that. It is a fascinating movie. Please please just stop for a day, sit down and think about where your anger is coming from. It is not the job, it is not Amma, it is not your guilt or your ego that is causing anger. The anger sitting inside is old and from another time and place, and until you figure out where it is from and why it is still in there, you will keep getting angry at inappropriate times and places. Anger is never appropriate behavior anytime or anywhere. Nothing justifies getting angry, NOTHING. I lived my life in a rage, particularly in my 20's and 30's, the combination of hormones and anger is really volatile. I was rageful because I had been abused and no one had taught me any other way to deal with the crappy parts of life that happen to everyone, and that I believed were only happening to me. AND, most times people who are kind and gentle to themselves get help with removing the causes of the rage. It takes a lot of work to step back from that place of rage, I was addicted to the drama and trauma and adrenaline because it was how I was taught to be, but I learned that it was all fake and destructive and self-abuse.
