I was working in an Office in Bangalore. I had come to Bangalore after a great

difficulty. My new Manager, one day called my Officer and told him to transfer

the junior most person in the Office to a far off place. Though I was not the

junior most in service, taking the number of days I have been in this Office,

the Manager decided that I was the junior most and directed my officer to get

the Transfer Order typed. The order was immediately typed and taken to the

Manager for signature.

 

He took out the pen to sign the order. I prayed to Amma that I should not be

transferred now, since I have come only a few days ago. The Manager, all of a

sudden felt uncomfortable and told my Officer that he has some stomach trouble

and would sign the order the next day. He left for home immediately.

 

The following day I saw him tearing my transfer order and throwing it into the

dust bin.
