( lol ) , she was laughing like anything immedaitely after she came back meeting amma , creativity at the peak with so much bubbling energy, now the energy got transformed to anger .. cool baby cool .. ha ha ha .. It's too good that you realised that you are a bit angry . many people never get a chance to realise that ..lol. anyway thanks for the honest sharing.few short term tips 1) go for a looong walk to avoid immediate clash with people , breath in through nose to the belly and breathe out though mouth (when we breathe out through mouth it releases a lot of stuff from belly chakra which is the seat of negative emotions and power too.) with a sound .. phoooo... if you are really angry you could feel the heat from the belly getting released . do this while walking , for 5-10 mins. then go to a place where nobody could see, like tiolet in thw orst case , scream it out , without sound , with a haaaaa sound with the breath for some time , If you are screaming at amma for a long time it may end up in cry too. 2) to ensure harmony at workplace , atleast once in a week cook something for them with lots of luv playing the bhajans and singing with that , keep at your puja place ( no puja place yet ??, no excuse khurrrr !!! now I am turning angryyy !!! .. lol ) for some time. share that to your coleagues. it helps a lot , make it as a practise. do that periodically. even though I cannot cook i do buy something and give to my friends around, now they too started that .. ha..ha ... share to your neighbours too.first let us drop our own ego , let others take their own time, we are all egoless amma babies , are n't we ? let us carry amma's fragrance whereever we go .. the fragrance of compassionate service. one of the famous russian mystic gurdjieff , is famous for katharsis. in my days in holland, I had once did few of this stuffs like shouting , shaking the body , screaming , crying , laughing .. dancing .. what not ..lol. it's bit superficial even though i noticed that few people starts crying when they tried to scream, especially females. but few people shared that they were practising budhist meditation in the past , but was difficult without a proper emitional flushing( being of cosmopolitan origin few people's mind was too impatient , restless, and sitting on top of lot of emotional stuff ) as amma says there is pain behind all these emotions . Only the surrender to the divine can heal the wounds. regrading surrender , it was last year I noticed that when I play some of the songs of amma and sing with that ( yepp , sing with that all bhajans do have that people repiting the song ) during the puja time I am able to surrenedr very easily. Now I got addicted to that devotional taste . really . will happen to you too once you get a tuning.. believe me now my work timing here (bangalore) is in the second half of the day to keep few hours of overlap with my coleagues in sterling US . after reaching home at 1 am , some times 2.30 am ( yeppp AM ) , I do take a quick wash with a wet towell . I spend 1/2 an hour for the puja , arathy , singing with the bhajan and meditating amma in the heart .. 2 times a day .. no compromise on that .. on weekends 3 times with more surya pooja. as my puja lamps and all are small one , I do carry the set oil and all while travelling . as soon as i light the lamp i could feel the divinity there , could feel at home there too in no time. ooops , a lenthy mail . at amma's feet Aum namah shivayah Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
