meditation for this weekend :

 

watching the nature is a powerful meditation . watching those which are moving

very slowly and which are a bit far , like the clouds , the leaves of the tree

, the movement of waves in the waterbodies, feeling the breeze , feeling the

warmth of the sunshine . it helps you to slow down . once you feel like closing

the eyes , close the eys then feel the warmth of your breath in the heart and

be with that.
