Guest guest
"She told me not to show my anger toward any human being, but rather to express it toward Her." Yes, in fact Amma has suggested that one hit one's Amma doll when one is angry with Her. I refuse to say how many times I've done that;)! The path of discipleship is not easy, and Amma knows how frustrated we get. I didn't even get a mantra the first year I met Her (due to my involvement elsewhere) and yet "terrible" things started happening, such as a negative performance evaluation in my job of 16 years, followed by an unsought transfer a year and a half later. It was not a fun time in my life. Oh, yes, Amma also had forbidden me to quit that job, so I just twisted in the wind for a year and a half. So hang in there Robin and others. This, too, shall pass. Don't feel bad about feeling anger towards Amma. It's all part of the process. Love, Jyotsna
