Guest guest
Namah Shivayah Christiane: Being COOKED! I couldn't have put it in a better way. Maybe I am showing my age here, but when I was younger I used to love watching The Smurfs. I remember how the Smurfs would avoid trying to get into the evil villain's pot of boiling water. I feel, more often than not, that I am in the pot already! Instead of clammoring to get out, perhaps I should try to think of it as a jacuzzi tub. I wanna go back to the looove stage!! Spontaneous moments of consciousness -- so true. But what to do about the guilt? Robin: I am so glad to hear that you're doing well. I never had any doubt. You are so devoted to Mother. It is a model for me! Guest guest
namah shivaya erica. the feeling of guilt is just another trap of the mind/ego. it's an emotion which arises only out of your past. you should watch it. don't judge, just watch and see when it comes up. see the cause and observe the effect. this brings you into the present and while you learn to differentiate you'll stop nourishing that feeling and eventually it'll disappear. . . oh well, simple is not the same as easy. but hey! we have to keep trying. in amma christiane Ammachi, "Erica" <sugarandbrine> wrote: > Namah Shivayah Christiane: > > Being COOKED!
