Guest guest
> sorts of horrible side effects. And Ayurvedic treatments here in Noo > Tawk cost an arm and a leg! Len: Ayurvedic treatments are dirt chip as long as you dont go to a practitioner (it takes a long time to heal with Ayurveda, so you would end up spending a fortune with a consultant). For starters, it is good to get a few books on Ayurveda (I recommend Vasant Lad) and to adjust your diet according to your dosha(just by doing this alone, you will find a big improvement in your health; I am guessing here - you are probably a vata - pitta type). Most ayurvedic medicines can be made at home with bulk powder (this is very cheap). Unlike modern medicine, which only treats symptoms,Ayurveda cleans you from the inside out and is a very good accompaniment to mantra japa and yoga. I can add more if you are interested. It could be that Amma is pissed off at you for neglecting your health; but that is a good thing is it not, nothing to worry. So now it behooves on you to be in total health, the next time you go to see Amma:-). -yogaman > > But now I'm worried.
