I have recently been carrying the idea that it would be wonderful to have some sort of website advertising Amma devotees' professional services done by region. This way we could look for what we need there first and help each other out and help Mother's charities even. for instance, maybe we would each pay a membership fee of 10-15 a month which could go to Amma's charities and maybe there could be some agreement that a percentage of our profits referred to us from the site could also go to our Ma. I am having this idea because I do therapeutic massage in Maui and meet so many tourists from all over who feel Amma in my touch and want to find someone who does similar work in their area. It would be great if I could go online to find someone in each state... Only one concern has arisen since I had this idea in Seattle while Mother was there. It was that it seems to be appropriate that we have some way of making sure that is just Amma devotees who are advertising because my whole point is trying to find others who are specifically channeling Ammachi into their works of love and action in the world, not just new agers or whoever who feel they could use another advertising medium, you know? Keval, I know we have never met, but I am part-Canadian, used to live in Toronto and since Mother is coming there soon I'm wondering if you would be so kind as to ask her if it is ok to make such a site. If not, Im wondering if anyone going to rhode Island Devi Bhava or Toronto wants to ask Mother about this... I am also wondering if you or anyone would be willing to help create the site as I know nothing of web creation. The flip side of it is watching Mother "get annoyed" when the line backs up. I was one of the people who could barely move, and my husband was holding me up from behind and moving me along. And he even gave me ashove at one point to avoid the "annoyance" of having some other sister or brother "interrupt" my bliss. Its one of the perils of being in the part of the line that is closest to the stage, so perhaps "next time" you want to stay in the thick of the crowd. In Santa Fe my body was so tweaked from traveling and an injury and other energy hangups that I had my arms crossed in pfront of me during the whole final shower walk, and spent more mental energy avoiding other sevites touch then enjoying the grace from Amma. Over the years 'tho I must say I have had some bliss out of those pushes, like when Swami Ramakrishnananda gave my back a tap that felt like "get going" on your spiritual practices as much as it was an urging to get closer to Mother. We all have to work on our shraddha in these situations, both the pushers in the "love" within their actions and these body-vehicles that are experiencing the "force" of their seva. Amma's face becomes notably upset when people do this, so the helpers do the bidding, which is to make people move along. I particularly hate the line monitor who pushes you around during the darshan, like you are produce. We sadly must make our peace with the fact that crowd control is a large part of things now. You can't compare it with the eightees, when I was around, and now. I don't like the increasing control at all. what can you do?
