Guest guest
[ I had typed in the wrong story the last time, so here is the story that I meant to post. By Swami Amritaswaroopananda and in the first person. ] " Both me and Sreemon went to Kayamkulam (a town near the ashram) one day. We were waiting for the bus going to Vallickavu as we had to reach there by evening for the evening program. There was a hotel right in front of the bus stand and so we decided to have some tea there while we were waiting for the bus. The waiter brought tea and also brought some delicacies and left it in front of us . Now we did not ask for this, but now felt that since the waiter had placed this in front of us, we will go and eat a little of it. Time went by and it turned out that both of us had fully devoured everything that the waiter had placed before us. Suddenly both us had a shocking realization - that they did not have enough money to pay for this since they had carried only the bus fare" "When we counted all the change that we had, we just barely managed to pay for all we had eaten at the hotel. As we had no money to pay for the bus fare, we deciced to walk the 20km to the ashram. We began walking and suddenly there was a big downpour; we took shelter in the bus-stand. We waited there for a few minutes, suddenly a car came and an Amma devotee came out towards us. The devotee said that he had an inner feeling that both of us would be here and so he decided to stop by to pick us up. This devotee dropped us at the ashram." "As we approached Amma in the ashram we decided that we would not disclose any of what happened to Amma. Amma suddenly called us and asked us what happened. Both of us did not say anthing; suddenly Amma burst out laughing and began to describe in fine detail all what happened at the restaurent ...." "Amma said that She was the one who prompted the waiter to leave all the food in front of them so that Her children would not have to starve and that She was one who had sent the devotee with the car to pick them up afterwards" "Lot of incidents like this convinced us that Amma is aware of everthing and is in full control of everything...."
