Meanwhile the Washington, DC satsang gets the short end of the stick, being once again jerked around with regards to program dates and venue. They might as well call it a Baltimore program, if it's going to be held in Glen Burnie, MD. Keval

Yeah, Amma must not love us Washingtonians as much this year. ;-) But think of the folks in South America who would love to see her -- there's just not enough Amma to go around. Glad I registered for Rhode Island. Only solution I know of to Amma Deficiency Syndrome is go see her, soak up the good vibes and strive to be more like her the rest of the year. Sympathies to my fellow DC types who can't make it to other venues, but in the bigger picture, at least we're blessed that someone of Amma's stature is so accessible, and has been so over the years. blessings, Jim (aka Pranav in the Amma lokas)

FWIW, there was a big search for a hall this time around. DC devotees looked all over the place, and this place, near BWI, was the best they could find. I gather that the challenge was in finding a place that could host the entire three days that were initialy planned. That later became moot, but hey -- everyone wants to see Amma these days, hence Barcelona. -Jim / Pranav
