My biological mother was terribly abused and tortured by her stepfather as a child, in ways that are too gruesome to describe to this list. He died alone a month ago, blind and deaf, and his body sat in the morgue without anyone claiming it until today, when his daughter (my aunt) learned of his death. My mother has very mixed feelings about his death, and I have two prayer requests: for my mother, that she may find some peace. And for this man, who was very disturbed and sick. I pray that he finds his way back to Divine Mother's arms. My mother is worried that he is a ghost now and will torment her from the other side. So prayers are needed for peace in both their hearts. I will be going to Chicago in July to visit both of my mothers! My mom has agreed to fly me out for a visit and to see Amma, whom she has not met.
