New mantra, what Amma will say

Om Namah Shivaya,

 

A long-time devotee once said to me, "Don't let anyone

tell you what Amma will or will not do, including me!"

 

I had bought a mala for Amma to bless. I bought it

early in the evening, put it around my neck, then went

to dinner. At dinner, another long-time devotee said

to me, "You shouldn't have put it on. Amma only

blesses new mala's that haven't been worn." I worried

and worried that I'd blown it! Finally, after several

hours, I found swamini and asked her about it. She

said it was fine that I put it on because I'd just

bought it for Amma to bless. And Amma DID bless it.
