Beloved Iswari:

May the surgeons hands be at one with Amma's hands and may you feel your

Divine Mothers love & bliss for you throughout your recovery.

Dear Malati,

Thank you so much for this beautiful prayer, which echoed in my heart

yesterday...

My surgery, itself, went well, although it will take a couple of months to know

whether

or not it will be helpful. I will be in a fair amount of pain this week, but

I've very

strongly been feeling Mother's grace and presence all around me...especially

through

the kindness of Her children. I am very blessed.

Love,

Iswari

Dear Iswari,

glad to hear that your surgery went well.

PLEASE TAKE GOOD CARE AND REST SO THAT YOU HEAL WELL.

Will you be able to do the IAM course in NYC ? I hope so, even if

you could just be in a comfortable position and learn how to do it.

I am looking forward to learning IAM myself, in May.

In Amma's Love,

Sara J.

Dear Sara,

Yes, I am very much looking forward to the IAM course in NYC next week-end! Most

likely, I will not be yet healed enough to do the yoga/stretches, but the IAM

person

from the MA Center told me that I could just come and learn, and do the physical

part

later. I'm sure that Amma's energy from the course will help my healing!

Oh, my very wonderful doctor let me take my music into the OR, and I was able to

listen to Amma bhajans as I was waiting for the anesthesia to kick in! I

drifted off to

"Jai Ma Ambe," which is the same song that was playing before Amma married me

and

my husband four years ago! And something else that tickled me: my doctor saw

all of

the Hindu music I had, and asked me if I would make him a CD! =)

Love,

Iswari

Erica:

Let us know what exactly the problem is. I do know a little bit of

Ayurveda which is highly efficacious for liver problems.

Also ask your husband to chant the Maha-mrityumjaya mantra- the most

auspicious mantra for ridding diseases. I had a chronic and incurable

liver problem which could not be treated by over 20 doctors for

nearly 2 years; when i began sadhana of this mantra, the disease went

off in a few days. Part of that sadhana I did in the Amma's divine

presence. To get tangible results very soon, the mantra must be

chanted at least 1000 times (same place, same time and preferably

before sunrise) and several thousand times whatever activity you are

engaged in (it becomes a subconscious habit after the first few days).
