Guest guest
My experience with anger is huge. I was in a rage from the time I can remember because of sexual, emotional, and mental abuse from orphanage, foster families, and I shut down emotionally at the age of 5. My rage continued until I started therapy at the age of 50. I used alchohol to keep the anger inside. When I started therapy I learned that anger is all about fear. I was so afraid of being abused again by everyone and everything that I was always angry. It was not until I met Amma and experienced unconditional love from Her and she opened my closed heart that I began to let the anger out and started healing. So find out what you are afraid of. This is my two sense... Om Namashivaya - In Amma's service, Supriti Omenka Nnadi Search - Find what you’re looking for faster.
