Hari OM! OM Amriteswariey Namaha!

Blessed Keval,

Malayalam is the Mother Tongue of Ammachi, in this Avataar, so they

will be broadcasting in Malayalam only, Why can't we folks those who

do not know Malayalam try to learn Malayalam, Like educated people in

India can talk, speak and walk in English, Why can't some of you

learn Malayalam? One of the Sweetest language in the World!

A Malayalee can learn any language, but not vice versa.

With Love & OM!

OM Nama Shivaya

Om Amriteswariye Namaha!

Beloved Krishna Prasad,

Namah Shivayah! I want to learn Malayalam SSOOOOOOO

bad!!!! I have searched extensively for instruction in

the Los Angeles area, and have found not one class,

teacher, etc. I would even be willing to drive two

hours outside of town to little India (Artesia, CA) to

study with someone, but the last time I was there, I

asked around and was informed that most of the people

there were from the north, speaking hindi, telugu,

etc.

Could you tell me if the dialects are similar? Is it

worth it to study one of these other languages? Or

does anyone have suggestions on how to learn?

Om Amriteswaryai Namaha

Brianna:

The San Ramon ashram I believe offers Malayalam classes, but thats

way off. There is a reasonably good book called "Learn Malayalam in

30 days"(it actually takes a lot longer!) you may get it at some

Indian bookstore; you could also try asking at

http://users.erols.com/nataraj/

which is the largest online resource for yoga books etc(they may get

this for you if they dont have it). But personally, I think learning

Sanskrit is better than Malayalam(this is also the closest language

to Malayalam BTW)

Hari OM! OM Amriteswariye Namaha!

Blessed Brianna,

Please click in the link below

http://www.mylanguageexchange.com/Learn/Malayalam.asp

Vidhyarambham is also a good source, but the best way to learn a

language is to start talking in that language, No, Telugu, Hindi,

Marathi, langauges did not help you to get aquainted with Malayalam,

even if you learn Tamil, there is little hope, to talk in Malayalam

you have to learn Malayalam only.

May Amma Bless us all.

With Love & OM!

Om Amriteswariye Namaha!

Om Nama Shivaya!
