Since then, I have found that it applies to many things. Whenever I really wanted a cigarette, and felt the force of my addiction, I would mentally repeat, "CHOOSE PRANA." It means that I had a choice, an alternative to giving in. I could choose prana, take a deep breath in, and visualize the divine energy flowing into me, flooding me with light, and giving me the strength to hold firm to my descision. Here are some ideas of times to try taking in a little prana: 1) In the car; if you feel an angry outburst coming on. 2) At home; when you feel an argument developing with a loved-one. 3) At work; instead of feeling resentful, tired, or bored. 4) With addictions; whatever the weakness, just try it! It's simple and you've heard it before, but the results are profound and life-changing.
