They change the quote every time you visit the page. Since I wanted to be sure that it was not an incorrect quote, I kept hitting F5 (refresh) for close to half an hour to get the quote. Actually, the words are: "The law of karma takes effect when the ego arises." I have also uploaded a screenshot of the website at the time the quote came up.
