Amma's words on ego in MI?

One of the questioners in MI asked Amma to elaborate on something she had said

this

summer at the RI retreat about how we need some ego to exist in the world. I

remember her talking about the "mature ego," but I don't remember the specifics.

I do

not believe that this question was included in the previous write-up of the MI

Q&A. If

anyone remembers exactly what Amma said about this, please share! =)
