Guest guest
Namaste Dear Brothers and Sisters, I would like you all to know that Amma was definaly with me the entire time. As funny as this may sound, she was a fly on my wall and meditated with me in that evening and came back to my alter that morning. I thought I might see her again in the oral surgery. But I could feel her with me. I prayed and prayed for no pain and to recover quickly and I am back at work not even twenty four hours later. Everyone at work is totally amazed at that and how well I look. The swelling is down and virtually no pain. (except when chewing) Im not even taking the pain medication they prescribed to me. Thank you for your prayers. Let me explain more about my daughter, she has been a difficult child from time to time. I don't think in the extreme, no. But she is difficult, she doesn't listen, or I have to tell her things five times before she does them. I have to have her look at my face to tell her sometimes. She laughes at disipline with me (sometimes). But she laughs alot at her teacher etc. This could be a nervous thing. She can be hyper at times and gets carried away with me, people, or her sister. Is she just ramboucous, yes maybe. She will sit and watch cartoons etc. and her teachers and daycare told me that she would sit and have a lesson no problem with concentrations. So it is telling me that this has to do with stress and testing new teachers. But there are still doubts in me and I am praying hard for Amma to help this child of mine. She can be difficult for me at times I loose alot of patience. But to me all of this has went up a notch these past two weeks. Which also indicates to me that it is stress and/or testing limits. She has been extremely hyper the past three or four days if not more. So I am still having doubts etc. I am praying she comes out of this quickly and easly, and that Amma is with her. Thank you all very much for all your prayers and please continue. I will take all your advice and thoughts into consideration. Your responses are overwhelming me with love. Amma be with you, your all in my thoughts and prayers. At Amma's Feet, Robin
Guest guest
Hello Robin. I sent you an email (not thru the Ammachi groups, but directly) and it occurred to me you might delete it, not knowing who it was from. In any case, I was offering a suggestion that you check out a chiropractic evaluation for your daughter. Perhaps you already have, but if not, the entire nervous system can be out of whack if the neck is out of alignment. This can occur even from birth at times. Hopefully you can get a solid recommendation for a very good and gentle chiropractor. All the best. Marvel
Guest guest
Namaste Dear Brother, I have indeed received both emails. Thank you for your thoughts. I will mention them to her doctor in the future appointment. At Amma's Feet, Robin MarvelG7 wrote: Hello Robin. Guest guest
Hi Robin and Marvel, This is a good suggestion. When my grandson was born, my daughter was seeing a chiropractor for a problem she'd had since high school. At one point the chiropractor pointed out that one of my tiny grandson's hand was mottled, indicating poor circulation. To my daughter's initial shock, the chiropractor had her assistant hold the baby upside down by the heels. It was very clear that he was in a "c" shape rather than straight. The chiropractor said this was caused by the pressure of birth, then started treating him (free) whenever my (impecunious) daughter came in for treatment. Then whenever they held him upside down, he was straight, and the mottling went away. The things the pediatricians never tell you....
