If I can catch postings of this nature, i.e. people asking for money for this or that or promoting their own personal interests, I will not let go through on the list. However, I only monitor a few of the posts so periodically topics that have nothing to do with Amma will appear. In these cases, the author usually gets a private request from me asking them to keep the topics to ones related to Amma. It really depends on the nature of the email. For example, we have had quite a number of discussions about various aspects of Hinduism. I don't mind these postings when I see that someones Spiritual growth is benefited As for my comment: "Lets see what they can do for $40m before giving Maharishi a billion." was, I admit, inapproprote. It was the mood I was in at the time. It related to my experience with Mararishi and the TM movement some 40 years ago. They loved money. If I had a billion to give, I would certainly give it to Amma. She has well demonstarted the money She has received has been put to very good use. Very good use indeed! Guest guest
I agree that this discussion has very little to do with Amma and personally, I think, is only creating negativity in our minds toward the TM people. We feel puffed up and proud that they would come up with such a "ludicrous" idea. Can we leave it up to the will of the Mother and just move on to something more poignant?
